In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining healthy customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payment and resolve any billing issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
• Implement and enforce best practices for credit control and risk assessment.
• Manage a small team, providing training and support to staff as needed.
• Work closely with the accounting team to align on financial reporting and audits.
