Pratt & Whitney is looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager, TF33 Programs within our Military Engines Fighter & Mobility (F&M) Finance Team. The position will be an onsite position based out of our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.

What You Will Do :

• Lead all financial activities related to the TF33 program including financial analysis, monthly reporting and forecasting as well as the annual long range plan process (LRP), understanding monthly financial actuals, and supporting ME financial leadership.
• Prepare any required financial support for monthly TF33 program reviews, brief program leadership each month of the financial results and upcoming forecast for month / forecast; work closely with the program and business ops teams to align on forecast and latest estimates for TF33 spares, CIP, MCS, EAPS, B&P, and E&D on a monthly / ad-hoc basis.
• Review and approve external customer financial reporting (contract funds status reports, letters of funding / cost).
• Support the program in negotiations with the US government and Commercial customers as it relates to all TF33 current and proposed contracts evaluate and substantiate all pricing and business proposals on future business as needed.
• Financial approver of any modifications to current contracts as well as any official customer communications related to negotiations.
• Update TF33 Program CORE metrics monthly.
• Work with RTX OTC team and P&W accounting to process, review, and approve invoices and related entries that release Sales and COS to the P&L.
• 10% travel.

The salary range for this role is $124,000 USD - $250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
