RADIUS RULE : Must live 50+ miles from facility (expires 11 / 26)\nPosition : OR RN\nLocation : Aspirus Ironwood Hospital – Ironwood, MI\nContract Length : 13 weeks\nStart Date : ASAP\nGuaranteed Hours : 40 hrs / week\nShift : \n\n\n4x10s\n\n\nVariable start times (typically 07 : 00– 17 : 30)\n\n\nPossible starts as early as 06 : 30 or as late as 08 : 00–09 : 00 depending on cases\n\n\nFloat : None\nCall Requirements : \n\n\n1 –2 call shifts per week (end of shift → 07 : 00 next day)\n\n\nOccasional weekend call (Fri–Mon 07 : 00)\n\n\nHoliday call required; no holiday shifts\n\n\nCertifications : \n\n\nBLS (AHA or ARC)\n\n\nACLS (AHA or ARC)\n\n\nMI RN License\n\n\nEducation : ADN or BSN\nExperience : \n\n\n2+ years OR experience\n\n\nStrong circulating required\n\n\nPre- and post-op required\n\n\nPACU experience preferred\n\n\nCharting : Epic\nUnit Details : \n\n\n3 ORs + 1 endoscopy room\n\n\nRequired Skills / Common Cases : \n\n\nOrtho : Total knees / hips / shoulders, ORIFs, hip fractures, I&Ds\n\n\nGeneral : Lap appy, lap chole, hernia, EGD / colonoscopy, lesion removals, lumpectomy, hemorrhoidectomy\n\n\nOB / GYN : Hysteroscopy, hysterectomy, lap salpingectomy\n\n\nEyes : Cataracts\n\n\nPodiatry : Bunionectomy\n\n\nUrology : Cystoscopy with stent, TURP\n\n\nIdeal Candidate : Hard-working, adaptable, social, strong documentation\nScrubs : Provided\n
