Appointment Setter - Entry Level

Position Overview

We’re hiring motivated Appointment Setters to join our customer-facing team. You will speak directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of going solar at a high level, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants.

No experience required; we train you.

$800 - $1500 per week

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face in assigned communities
• Explain solar incentives and basic program benefits
• Answer simple questions and build trust with homeowners
• Collect homeowner information to set qualified appointments
• Represent Semper SolR professionally and confidently
• Attend trainings and follow a proven conversation system

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face conversations
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
• Ability to walk outdoors in different weather conditions
• No solar OR sales experience necessary; full training provided
