Senior Manager, Data Processing

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Data Processing in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the Data Processing function that supports organizational scale and operational efficiency

Analyze current workflows for inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

Lead root-cause investigations and serve as the primary escalation point for data processing issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5-8 years of management experience

4 years of experience in the genetic testing or healthcare industry

2-5 years of experience working in or directly with laboratory accessioning

Strong knowledge of Salesforce
