Responsibilities : Human Resources :
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other perks
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
- Supporting employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
Finance :
Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, vendor management and collectionsConducting financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processesAssisting in budget preparation and monitoringCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and complianceAssisting with financial audits and ensuring adherence to accounting standardsAssist CPA with annual and quarterly filing requirementsEnsure financial statements are up to date and accurate weeklyCore Competencies :
