Experienced Maintenance Position

This position is for experienced maintenance with an organization in Mound Bayou, MS. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks, painting, repairing holes in walls and doors, installing toilets and tubs, minor electrical repair light fixtures and covers, repairing roofs and shingles, repairing stoves and refrigerators, repairing broken windows, window screens, flooring, and all other required maintenance duties. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, three years of experience required, experienced verifiable skills in plumbing and HVAC is a must, and a valid driver's license. Willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
