Shift : 8-hour, 12 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 pm

Duration : 50 weeks

Ideal candidates should have :

  • PT License in NYS.
  • CPR card preferred.
  • Outpatient and EPIC experience highly preferred.
  • Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering treatments, etc.
  • in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury.
