WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
BaubleBar is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn & help us execute across our digital marketing channels. The Digital Marketing Intern will report to our Senior Manager, CRM + Lifecycle Marketing, while supporting the larger marketing & creative team.
An ideal candidate for this role is an analytical digital marketer with strong critical thinking skills. We are looking for a candidate who is charismatic, engaging & a fan of the brand!
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO :
- Support the day-to-day needs of the marketing team in building & testing marketing campaigns in our digital marketing platforms Klaviyo (email + SMS) & Meta (paid ads)
- Report weekly on email, SMS, & paid ads performance providing analysis & insights from key performance metrics
- Partner with the creative team on the end-to-end process preparing email, SMS & paid ad creative within
- Ideate content stories to tell via our digital marketing channels using the monthly marketing brief
- Source creative inspiration assets from the fashion & accessories industries to help the creative team in building their shoot plans
- Be collaborative, curious, creative & possess an eagerness to innovate, test, learn & evolve our strategies to drive growth for the business
- Must be able to commit to up to 20 hours per week
- This will be a 6-month paid internship with the potential for full-time hire upon completion
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE :
Currently working toward receiving a bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a similar fieldPrevious internship experience in beauty or fashion, marketing or communicationsProficiency in Excel & PowerPointExperience with , Asana or other project management softwareStrong organizational skills & meticulous attention to detailData & logic-driven with strong analytical & project management skills requiredPositive, can-do, problem-solving attitude with a demonstrated ability to be flexible & multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to communicate results to various stakeholders & clearly present dataPosition can be remote (residing anywhere in the US & currently authorized to work in the US) OR Hybrid with days in our NYC office. Regardless of location, work will need to be conducted Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 : 00 am6 : 00 pm EST
