The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (AI & Platform) to drive the execution engine behind Bizee’s platform modernization and AI-powered transformation. You will orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Platform, Data, AI / ML, and Product, ensuring the systems powering the Entrepreneur Operating System ship on time, scale efficiently, and maintain clarity across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering rigor, system-level thinking, operational excellence, and fast-moving product environments. You will be the connective tissue that ensures platform modernization, API strategy, AI integration, and data workflows all move in lockstep with clear priorities, crisp communication, and zero ambiguity.

• Run end-to-end program management for platform modernization, AI initiatives, infrastructure work, and cross-team dependencies.
• Define roadmaps, milestones, risks, and reporting for platform and AI programs.
