Job description

The Analytic Developer Lead manages projects and programs as well as participates in all phases of building analytic solutions. Under minimal supervision, this position ensures that analytic solutions fit the business' needs and serves as a mentor to lower-level professionals.

Essential Job Function

Identifies when application software is not operating as expected and reviews work of application team to make appropriate enhancements.
Reviews detailed analysis conducted by the Analytic Application team to ensure technical requirements are met and in compliance with company standards.
Oversees and reviews final workplans and status updates to ensure projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensures all aspects of the application are integrated with other cross-functional applications used by the company.
Guides and mentors lower-level professionals to help solve complex coding issues as they arise.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Experience

Required: 8 years

Licensure/Certification/Listing

Required: Platform-centric certification obtained within 6 months; 12 months will be allowed only if necessary to meet certification requirements.
