Belden Village Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is  seeking a  Social Service Director / Social Services Designee for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

The  Social Services Director / Social Services Designee is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department.

Qualifications of Social Service Director / Social Services Designee

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology, preferred
• Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH or one year of experieince in the long term care field focusing on social services.
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care preferred
• Excellent communication skills
