Job Title : Med / Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Odessa, Texas 79761

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Job

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Start Date : November 25, 2025

End Date : February 24, 2026

Shift : Night shifts, 12 hours (18 : 45 - 07 : 15)

Weekly Hours : 36 (option for 48 hours / week or alternating 36 / 48)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1630 - $1750

Unit : Flexpool – Med / Surg Tele RN (must be willing to float to other med / surg / tele units)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Texas RN license required

At least 1 year of recent Med / Surg Tele RN experience

BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required

NIHSS certification preferred

Cerner charting experience preferred

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions allowed)

COVID-19 vaccine not required

Ability to float to other Med / Surg / Tele units

Local candidates within 50 miles not accepted

Resume required for submission

RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med / Surg Tele patients

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes

Float to other Med / Surg / Tele units as assigned

Maintain accurate charting using Cerner (preferred)

Participate in orientation and ongoing nurse training
