What the role entails

WindHQ seeks a Shift Operator, on a rotating 12-hour shift, who will be responsible of the operations and remote operations of the Block Chain Data Centers. This role will report to the VP of Operations and will carry-out remote trouble shooting and server repairs. The Successful technician will record issues and prepare work orders for the day-shift technicians.

What You Will Get to Do

• To provide daily site status with trouble shootings that is on-going;
• To provide working orders for the Dayshift;
• Perform remote troubleshooting and provide real time technical support for site interventions, using SCADA, Foreman, and Substation HMI;
• Manage the remote operations of louvers, exhaust fans, substation breakers;
• Create non-conformity case or a site intervention request with the relevant applications;
• Manage the planned / unplanned grid outage with the Grid operator; and
• Works closely with Engineering and technical support team, to prepare / improve the fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides.
