This position emphasizes hands-on leadership, adaptability, and strategic oversight in a fast-paced modular construction environment. Regional travel may be required to ensure operational excellence and successful project delivery.

Accountabilities

• Lead and manage modular construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and progress.
• Track project performance using tools such as BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, and MS Project, reporting metrics to leadership.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance based on project requirements.
• Travel to project sites as needed to oversee operations and provide hands-on support.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project delivery.
