This role offers a dynamic opportunity for experienced construction professionals to lead complex projects from planning through execution. Whether as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors and vendors, and proactively solve challenges to keep projects on track. This position emphasizes hands-on leadership, adaptability, and strategic oversight in a fast-paced modular construction environment. Regional travel may be required to ensure operational excellence and successful project delivery.
Accountabilities
- Lead and manage modular construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and contract requirements.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and progress.
- Track project performance using tools such as BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, and MS Project, reporting metrics to leadership.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance based on project requirements.
- Travel to project sites as needed to oversee operations and provide hands-on support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Construction Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience, collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope.Project Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience with strong leadership and project management skills.Site Superintendent : 3–5 years of commercial construction experience, with hands-on field leadership.Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.Valid driver’s license and commitment to safety and quality standards.Nice to have : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, modular building experience, OSHA 30 Certification, familiarity with IBC, UBC, and state-specific building codes, experience with Bluebeam and CAD software, knowledge of DSA processes.Benefits
