Key Responsibilities

Set architectural direction and tackle systemic challenges to raise the technical bar for the team

Design, build, and scale robust recommender systems for product features used by millions daily

Collaborate cross-functionally to shape ML-driven product roadmaps while balancing iteration speed and system complexity

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in applied Machine Learning with a Ph.D. or Master's degree in a related field

Deep expertise in mainstream RecSys model architecture

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow

Extensive experience building performant machine learning systems at scale

Strong product intuition and passion for user-centered ML applications
