Join Our Team as an After-Hours Hospice RN

As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will advocate for your patients while effectively communicating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team. You will ensure that every individual receives the high-quality care they deserve. This is a full-time salaried position covering after hours from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday. You will have unwavering support from our 24 / 7 RN staffed Triage Department, along with your local hospice team.
