Need 3 days per week (can be flexible)

20 - 22 patients per day, 15 - 20% peds

Must be board certified in FM

Credentialing needed

DEA needed

Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses

Assignment details and time entry in online portal
