Customer Engagement Representative

What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers inside retail locations.

Engage with shoppers to educate them about client products, promotions, and services.

Deliver sales presentations and guide customers through new service enrollments.

Drive sales growth through impactful in-store promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with your team to plan and execute marketing strategies.

Maintain compliance with company and client standards.

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
