Schedule Work six months out of the year with a schedule rotating 7 days on, 7 days off at an inpatient psychiatric facility. Offering exceptional work–life balance. This schedule equates to approximately 180 working days per year, compared to a standard 250-day full-time schedule. Provider must visit the facility once daily during morning hours and be available via phone for on-call coverage in the evening and overnight. Additional opportunities for extra clinical days or leadership projects within the company are available for those seeking to supplement income or expand involvement.
Key Responsibilities -Conduct daily morning inpatient rounds for assigned patients, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and progress documentation. -Participate in mandatory interdisciplinary treatment team meetings on Mondays at 1 : 00 p.m. and Thursdays at 3 : 00 p.m. -Provide telephone-only on-call coverage during evening and overnight hours to support continuity of care. -Collaborate with attending psychiatrists, nursing, and social work staff to ensure safe and effective patient care. -Maintain compliance with documentation, regulatory standards, and facility protocols.

Qualifications -Certification : Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). -Licensure : Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License (or eligibility). -Experience : At least 1–2 years in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred. -Experience in geriatric psychiatry strongly preferred. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
