Job description

About the Role :

CMC Therapy is a boutique private practice in Davie, FL, known for its warm, spa-like environment and values-driven approach. We’re currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) licensed therapist with experience in couples therapy to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, relational clinician who thrives in a collaborative setting and can provide therapy in both English and Spanish.

Applicants must be available to work at least 3 evening hours per week , with the option to expand hours as your caseload grows.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual and couples counseling in English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and community engagement as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Fully licensed in Florida ( LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, DMFT etc).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Available for at least 3 evening hours per week.
  • Reliable, professional, and aligned with CMC Therapy’s client-centered values.

    • Preferred :

  • Credentialed with Headway or major insurance panels.
  • Experience working with trauma, relationships, or family dynamics.
  • EMDR-trained or certified (a plus).
