Construction Assistant Superintendent

A rapidly growing general contractor is looking to add a self driven and talented  Assistant Superintendent  to their team immediately. Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• . Reading and interpreting plans and specification.
• . Work with the project team to ensure safety compliance for all subcontractors on site.
• . Completing daily reports to document production, weather, issues, and manpower.
• . Supervising and coordinating deliveries, subcontractors, and labor.
• Strong communication skills with Superintendent, Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
• Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget
• Experience with commercial and education projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
