A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
Process orders and returns, and assist customers with understanding DEXA bone scan results
Update customer interaction records and provide support through various communication mediums
Required Qualifications and Education
Solid background in customer service
Passion for natural health
Ability to build rapport with customers and inspire confidence
Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
