Advanced Houston Specialty Hospital is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for PRN night shifts to join our team of health care professionals in a newly renovated facility at 205 Hollow Tree Lane, Spring, TX. Join our team and help us provide top-tier medical services to a justice involved population! Compensation includes : Starting rate $20.00+ Shift Premiums Weekend Premiums Holiday Premiums

As a CNA, you would be responsible for providing essential patient care in the facility including assisting licensed nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services while ensuring compliance with medical and security protocols. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a secure and structured environment.

Essential Functions :

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide support to nursing staff by preparing patients for medical examinations and procedures.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Monitor patients for signs of distress or changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Perform assignments necessary for the operation of the department as delegated by the licensed nurse.
• Assist with basic wound care, infection control, and specimen collection under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Collaborate with security and medical staff to ensure the safety and security of patients and personnel.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.

It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his / her capabilities as determined by management.
