Key responsibilities include :
Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damageEvaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolitionLoad, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each projectEffectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisorsMaintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration processPerform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean-upPosition requirements include :
Valid driver's licenseWillingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferredIICRC certification is a plusSkills / physical demands / competencies include :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agents
