Responsibilities of Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN :
Work 5 weekends / off 1
The Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
The Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN performs Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Qualifications of Weekend Warrior Nurse LPN / RN :
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state Massachusetts
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
