Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Propose and implement improvements to the current QA workflow and release processes

Define task details, acceptance criteria, and test checklists in collaboration with developers and product teams

Lead the QA team, ensuring all features meet quality standards through systematic manual testing and automated test coverage

Required Qualifications

Experience in structured manual testing with test checklists and cases

Proven leadership experience in QA roles

Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests, preferably using JavaScript and Puppeteer

Ability to collaborate with developers on unit and integration test coverage

Hands-on experience in trading or designing trading strategies is a significant advantage
