The right candidate will have a proven track record of delivering accurate and competitive bids, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Review and refine estimates based on project requirements and feedback.
• Track and manage multiple estimates and deadlines efficiently.
