Position Summary :
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Director of Digital Platforms and Enablement to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide digital solutions. This role is ideal for a leader with deep experience in platform architecture, vendor evaluation, and digital transformationsomeone who can align technology with business goals and drive operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to business leaders, capable of assessing digital tools and vendors, designing scalable solutions, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital platform strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's strategic goals.
- Evaluate and select digital vendors and technologies that support commercial growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Translate business needs into actionable digital roadmaps and oversee execution across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, and IT to co-create scalable digital solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of enterprise platforms, including CRM, analytics, and workflow automation tools.
- Ensure digital initiatives are grounded in ROI, scalability, security, and user-centric design.
- Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Application Development and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of digital solutions.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team including platform managers, UX designers, developers, and data analysts.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on digital trends, vendor capabilities, and platform opportunities.
- Lead governance and evaluation processes for digital investments, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).10+ years of experience in digital leadership roles, with a focus on platform strategy, vendor management, and enterprise enablement.Proven experience in designing and implementing strategic business solutions, with a strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable plans that support organizational goals.Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, SaaS platforms, and emerging technologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex digital programs.Experience in vendor assessment, contract negotiation, and platform lifecycle management.Excellent communication, collaboration, and changing management skills.Background in enterprise architecture and solution design.Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions.
