The Cybersecurity Sr. Manager, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, is a critical member of the IT Infrastructure team and works closely with C-Level and cross?functional teams to develop processes and controls that improve efficiency, follow up corporate Security Policies and procedures, increase customer satisfaction and improve user experience. This role combines Service Delivery and IT Cybersecurity responsibilities and oversees core business and back?office operations including : IT Cybersecurity Network, IT Hosting Services (Compute / Servers), Application Services, and IT Cybersecurity Compliance.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on Cybersecurity topics.
- Define and follow up Global Cybersecurity baseline (OS & DB).
- Implement and manage secure vulnerability processes (OS & Application).
- Follow up and manage Cybersecurity Standards by SIEM process (Security Information and Event Management).
- Assure integrity of Cybersecurity services and align with overall BIT strategy; provide senior technical Cybersecurity support to IT operations and follow global security guidelines.
- Establish cybersecurity processes and IT Security frameworks directing IT Operations with internal teams and third?party services to reduce risk in the DHL Express infrastructure.
- Risk and Compliance : manage lifecycle technology risk and evaluate new technical risk associated with applications and technologies.
- Provide guidelines and execute the security technology strategy for BIT (ISC, DR, BCP, etc.); drive and improve the portfolio of Cybersecurity services for DHL Express Services.
- Design, implement and drive Cybersecurity solutions based on audit recommendations and global industry guidelines (e.g., disaster recovery, business continuity management).
- Provide guidelines and standards as a subject matter expert to implement and follow Cybersecurity solutions (e.g., DDOS, Data Privacy and Data Classification).
- Supervise and provide feedback on new cloud applications following Cybersecurity guidelines.
- Lead a team of direct and indirect reports and professionals; collaborate with vendor partners to ensure accountability and performance.
Skills / Qualifications
Typically requires BS / BA in related discipline and 10+ years of technology experience in related field or MS / MA.Proven ability in designing, delivering and managing infrastructure security solutions with 5+ years of experience in system and network security engineering.Ability to identify security risks and develop mitigation plans for web applications.Experience with web applications and browser security, security assessments and penetration testing, identity and access control, cryptography and security protocols, SIEM, and intrusion detection.Professional certifications or equivalents : CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, SSCP, ITIL v3 / 4, Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS), Linux / Windows Server.Experience with SRE Site Reliability Engineering practices and development services.Knowledge of IT security hardening processes applied to applications / development.Strong communication skills for technical and non?technical audiences (verbal and written).Basic project management and cross?group collaboration abilities.Employee Benefits
