Global Product Leader Network Backbone (M / F / D)

You will make an impact in the following way :

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of the Wired Networking - Backbone product portfolio, ensuring differentiation, innovation, and customer value
• Drive cross-functional product execution across engineering, sales, marketing, and operationsensuring quality, timely delivery, and commercial success
• Define and execute a compelling product roadmap based on deep market insight, technology trends and customer needs
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from go-to-market planning and launch to EOL transitions, ensuring organic growth and customer migration
• Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) and financial performance of the assigned product lines
• Serve as the central orchestrator across the businessconnecting R&D, sales, pricing, marketing, legal, and operations to drive alignment and execution
• Foster collaboration and interoperability across product categories to create end-to-end solutions that support Belden's transformation from product to solution provider
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team of product managers with clear accountability, strategic clarity, and growth mindset
• Champion the Wired Networking Backbone business internally and externallyacting as the voice, advocate, and driver of long-term success
