Research Director

A company is looking for a Research Director / Principal Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of complex research projects related to K-12 education

Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with financial and operational policies

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a postgraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Extensive experience in designing and conducting research studies using rigorous quantitative methods

5 years of progressive experience in K-12 education research or consultancy projects

Deep knowledge of K-12 education topics, with a preference for specialization in school finance or policy

Experience in grant writing and educational product implementation is a plus
