As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a financial institution setting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and assisting with incident management to help to deter security-related incidents. You will be a central point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while working as part of a dedicated team. Pay Rate : $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeWed11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AMThur11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents within the financial institution location.
  • Dispatch security personnel and / or emergency responders as needed, following site-specific protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and requests.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.
  • Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities according to established procedures.
  • Support regular communication between on-site security teams and management to help to deter potential risks.
  • Utilize security technology and communication equipment to monitor the premises and coordinate response efforts.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
