Job description

VP Of Business Development, LatAm - Blockchain Wallet Infrastructure

Location : Remote - Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or Miami (remote-first, office optional).

Compensation : $80K - $140K

We are building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era, leveraging deep expertise in cryptography, infrastructure, and security. We are seeking a VP of Business Development to spearhead our regional expansion and establish us as the trusted partner for financial institutions and fintechs across Latin America (LATAM). This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will own the go-to-market strategy in LATAM, driving significant revenue growth and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will act as the senior representative in key markets, responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise deals. You will need resilience, strong technical credibility, and an ability to navigate complex sales cycles with banks, enterprises, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Ownership : Own and drive LATAM business development, setting and hitting aggressive sales targets and delivering ARR.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Build strong, trust-based relationships with banks, enterprises, and regulators across the region.
  • Sales Execution : Source, qualify, and close high-value opportunities, leading complex negotiations, RFPs, and RFIs for enterprise deals.
  • Client Success : Support post-sale success, including deployment planning, compliance alignment, and account expansion, working closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Market Intelligence : Track market trends, monitor competitors, and handle escalations across multiple time zones.
  • Representation & Content : Represent the company at industry events and workshops, and translate key content (decks, speeches) into Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Travel : Ability to travel across LATAM to meet clients and prospects.
