Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities :

  • Be a trusted HR advisor, guiding leaders and employees on policies, benefits, compensation, and talent strategies
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) while proactively addressing HR challenges
  • Take the lead on labor relations, including grievance resolution and contract interpretation
  • Coach and develop leadership on performance management and organizational effectiveness strategies
  • Design and execute innovative staffing strategies to attract top talent at all levels
  • Drive initiatives that promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement
  • Manage multiple HR projects with agility and minimal supervision
  • Use data-driven insights to shape HR strategies and make meaningful business impacts

Human Resources Business Partner Requirements :

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a unionized environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial / Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous HR experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus!
  • Strong communication and influencing skillsability to engage and present at all levels
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Bradenton, FL
  • Onsite rolefive days a week, with occasional remote flexibility as business needs allow
