Channel Partnerships Director
Paycor is looking for a highly motivated Channel Partnerships Director to lead partner relationships and drive bookings through channel initiatives. A collaborative, results‑oriented leader is needed.
Overview
The Channel Partnerships Director supports sales leaders and sales teams in a specific region, driving bookings via partner relationships and leveraging cross‑functional resources such as learning & development, marketing and product to coordinate market specific initiatives. The role involves developing and managing new partner relationships and contributing to strategic planning for long‑term channel partner strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to determine field alignment for COI channel partners.
- Coach and mentor sales leaders and sellers to drive COI referrals and grow bookings; conduct in‑market visits, training, field rides, and provide subject‑matter support on the Paycor COI value proposition.
- Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with partners.
- Coordinate with COI marketing to align marketing campaigns, strategies and costs to support applicable regions.
- Develop and manage new assigned COI partner relationships.
- Serve as the Paycor point of contact for C‑level executives of assigned broker and technology partners.
- Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor leadership and partner leadership.
- Accountable for channel bookings and activity goals for the assigned region.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business‑related field (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc.) – required.Master’s Degree (MBA) – preferred.6+ years of experience in business development / relationship management.Prior experience in program management.Prior experience in broker / financial services / brand marketing.Travel up to 50%.Compensation
The compensation range for this position is typically between $75,000 and $250,000. The range includes base pay plus commissions and does not account for other components of the total rewards package.
