Position Summary

The Operations Site Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous improvement of all processing operations at the designated site. This includes overseeing receiving, sorting, data destruction, testing, shipping, and inventory management. The manager will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with industry standards, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and high performance. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
