Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

  • EDO (Data Governance Tools) (2 positions) Support Semarchy (xDM) : MUST HAVE Tech Skills
  • SQL : Strong SQL skills are essential for data modeling and querying.
  • ETL Tools : Familiarity with tools like Talend, Informatica, or Semarchy xDI.
  • APIs / Web Services : For integrating Semarchy with other systems.

  • Master Data Management (MDM) Concepts.
  • Understanding of data domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier).
  • Data governance, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
  • Data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
  • Semarchy xDM Platform Knowledge
  • Installation and configuration of Semarchy xDM.

    • Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data modeling and application design.
  • Match and merge rules, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Integration with source systems (ETL / ELT pipelines).
  • Security (user roles, access control).
  • Soft Skills : Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Documentation and communication 1-2 yrs Experience in data engineering, MDM, or data integration.
  • Prior exposure to tools like Informatica, Talend, or other MDM platforms is helpful.
  • Willingness to learn Semarchy-specific features and best practices.
  • Willingness to learn Anamalo-specific features and best practices (Plus).
  • Willingness to learn Alation-specific features and best practices (Plus).
  • Willingness to learn Manta-specific features and best practices (Plus).
  • As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and / or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications.
  • In this capacity, you'll code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.
