26 Week Assignment

Travelers may request standard and / or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the client’s discretion

Will position float between units : No

Is on-call required? No

Are weekends required? No

Are block schedules required? No

What are expected ratios? 1 : 12

Special requirements : This is an Outpatient PT position and would prefer an applicants with some outpatient experience. Our clinic is a rural health clinic, treating most diagnosis; however, our biggest population is ortho (post op and general pain), neuro, falls / balance, and vertibular We can be flexible with a 4x10 or 8x5 schedule, depending on applicant need
