Northeast Power Dry is seeking a Re-Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of success in the construction or restoration industry, to contribute to the growth of the Reconstruction Department. The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is laser-focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth.

Within Salesforce, completely Project Manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production and quality control efforts meet Dry Force standardsSelling and closing the Residential Reconstruction job to the HomeownerBuilding estimates using Matterport software into productionCoordinating internal pre / post-production effortsAssisting customers through the insurance claims processEnsure through an effective liaison relationship, the insurance adjuster approves the estimateManaging subcontractors, insurance companies, coworkers, and customersInspection of job sites on a regular basisEffectively briefing and communicating with peers, staff, and leadershipComplete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectationsMaintaining safety standards at all timesEducation & Experience :
