Job Description

This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves conducting assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve clients' skills.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating clients and families on speech development.

Qualifications required are a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, and preferably prior experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Work is in-person, scheduled Monday to Friday during day shifts, with weekend hours as needed. The role emphasizes comprehensive client care and effective collaboration, with case management inferred as part of responsibilities.
