Strategic Planning / Execution Director
Strategic Planning & Execution is responsible for leadership, direction, and expertise in the development of business strategy, strategic management disciplines, and business analytics that support the company's mission, vision, and valuation objectives, in close collaboration with business leaders. The Director, Strategy will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development for the Pharmaceutical & Specialty Solutions (PSS) Segment. This role will be responsible for identifying and leading strategic opportunities that expand beyond PSS to across the enterprise. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and managing the identification and response to key trends impacting PSS.
As part of a visible, highly impactful team, this Director will need to bring demonstrated experience flourishing in rapidly evolving industries and environments (including healthcare) and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Location
Ideally targeting individuals local to Central Ohio, willing to work in a hybrid capacity (collaborating with the team in our corporate HQ Dublin office 3 days a week). That said, we are still open to considering individuals based all over the country.

Anticipated salary range : $116,500 - $188,055. Bonus eligible : Yes.
