As a technician with the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent guest experiences. You will be responsible for tasks such as :

• Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
• Communicate with service team regarding repairs
• Provide labor time estimates
• Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
• Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Complete story and / or documentation for guest's repairs
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees
• Attend company and factory training
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
• Schedule :
• Monday through Friday 7 : 30 am - 6 pm, Rotating Saturdays 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
• Requirements :
• Ford / Lincoln certifications and 3+ years experience required
• Dealership experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds
• Valid driver license
• Completion of drug screening and background screening
