As a technician with the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent guest experiences. You will be responsible for tasks such as :
- Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Communicate with service team regarding repairs
- Provide labor time estimates
- Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
- Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
- Complete story and / or documentation for guest's repairs
- Assist in mentoring technician trainees
- Attend company and factory training
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
- Schedule :
- Monday through Friday 7 : 30 am - 6 pm, Rotating Saturdays 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
- Requirements :
- Ford / Lincoln certifications and 3+ years experience required
- Dealership experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds
- Valid driver license
- Completion of drug screening and background screening
