NEW Permanent Medical Assistant Opportunity Outpatient Clinic

We re seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join a collaborative outpatient clinic team providing care across all age groups from infants to geriatrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and enjoys supporting both providers and patients throughout their care journey. Different shifts open!

What You ll Do :

Room patients, collect specimens, give injections / immunizations, and assist with exams and procedures

Support providers with prescription refills, prior authorizations, and Epic documentation

Perform lab and x-ray duties (if certified or willing to obtain certification)

Communicate effectively with patients and the care team to ensure smooth clinic operations

Provide occasional front desk / check-in support and help maintain supplies

What We re Looking For :

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP)

Current BLS certification

Previous experience in a clinical or internal medicine setting

Proficiency with Epic and prior authorization inbox management

X-ray operator exam passed or willingness to complete

Strong multitasking and communication skills
