What You Will Be Doing

  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with K-8 learners as their trusted mentor, establishing confidence and nurturing an unlimited potential mindset
  • Harnessing AI-driven adaptive technologies to create customized educational journeys—empowering students to advance at their individual pace while you facilitate their discovery process
  • Creating and facilitating dynamic life-skills workshops covering essential competencies like effective communication, strategic goal planning, and collaborative teamwork—equipping students with tools for lasting success
  • Establishing an environment where curiosity thrives, ambition is celebrated, and continuous growth is the norm—helping young minds identify and develop their unique talents and passions

    • Consultant Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating relationships with K-8 learners and guiding them toward limitless growth
  • Leveraging AI-based solutions to personalize learning journeys and encourage self-awareness
  • Designing and coaching life-skills workshops that hone communication and teamwork skills
  • Establishing a culture of curiosity, empowerment, and ongoing aspiration at Alpha Schools

    • Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and inspire diverse audiences
  • Genuine passion for connecting with, motivating, and empowering K-8 students
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in child coaching, mentorship, or related developmental guidance
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Commitment to in-person work at either our Phoenix or Austin campus
  • Availability to participate in our fully-paid training program at our Austin headquarters

    Working with us

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD / hour, which equates to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
