PAY STARTS AT $20.50
The Production Operator's overall responsibility is to operate and maintain production equipment while adhering to required production checks and cleaning tasks per Company Policies, SOPs and Safety requirements.
Duties may also include routine changeovers on the line including flavor, packaging, and containers.
This job regularly requires Overtime. Due to current business needs, employees average one overtime shift per weekday and up 24 hours of weekend overtime per calendar month.
- Overtime Pay Available
- Hours worked past a normal shift are paid at time and half up to four hours and double time past four hours daily
- 6 consecutive workdays are paid out at time and a half
- 7 consecutive workdays are paid out at double time
