Creative Art Babysitter for School-Aged Children

We are seeking a passionate and creative babysitter to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours. The role involves caring for a 7-year-old child and providing a fun and engaging learning environment through art activities. You will be responsible for developing and teaching art classes, ensuring the child remains engaged and focused on projects. You will uphold safety standards and maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both children and parents. Responsibilities include planning and developing art projects, teaching and instructing on creative projects, maintaining class areas, and picking up the child from school or bus stops within walking distance. Prior experience working with children in a creative setting is required. Applicants must have a high school diploma and a degree in the arts as well as pass a criminal background check.
