A Beckley Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate at our location in Beckley, WV. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers competitive salary and attractive benefits. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishment to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests.

Responsibilities :
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to company standardsChange and replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as neededRestock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snack items in guest roomsReport any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate departmentRespond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and courteous mannerMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and inform management when replacement is neededAdhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standardsAssist guests with luggage and other requests as neededCollaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure efficient and effective operationsProvide exceptional customer service at all timesRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in housekeeping or a related field preferredKnowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniquesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailPhysical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50lbsFlexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidaysMust pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement :
