Randal Retail Group, established in 1981, is a third-generation family-owned business operated out of Batavia, IL. Randal manufacturers and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables – nationally and internationally. Randal Retail works with a number of retail, foodservice, health & fitness and franchise operations.

About the role

Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs. The individual that fills this position will excel using their own organization, time-management and AutoCAD specific skills . This individual should have a strong desire to learn; we’re constantly evolving as a company, and we design and manufacture unique fixtures, with a fantastic culture and amazing team of people. Experience with CNC routers would be helpful. Problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously and also as a team is critical. Responsibilities :

• Ability to read blueprints
• Create and edit 2D and 3D product drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
