About the Role

Were seeking an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant with 13+ years of experience to join our high-performing, positive team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, dependable, and thrives in a culture that values efficiency, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

Youll work alongside a supportive doctor and team who take pride in innovation, professionalism, and the joy of transforming lives through confident smiles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient care and procedures
• Take digital scans, orthodontic records, and radiographs
• Adjust appliances, change wires, and assist with bonding / debonding appointments
• Educate and motivate patients on care and treatment progress
• Maintain excellent sterilization and infection control standards
• Help manage clinical flow and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications

• 13+ years of orthodontic assisting experience required
• Current Tennessee RDA license and radiology certification
• Experience with digital orthodontic systems / scanners preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Dependable, organized, and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting
